Hi all, I am a newbie to this forum, and I am not currently part of any other (This is the best). I am a lifelong smoker from the 70's, that quit for many years. Now I am a Dr. (DHA & MD) with an emphasis in Gerontology. I am male and in my mid forties. I am a strong advocate for the use of marijuana and its inherent affects in health improvement. I look forward to learning the cultivation process from all you good people. The real reason I am doing this? Is because I had a dibilitating spine injury that left me with so much pain, and took meds that I didn't like e.g. addicting drugs like Vicodin, Darvan, Percocet, etc. I smoked a joint with a friend (been a long time) and it all came back to me...I had my hunger return, my pain reduced, and my personal disposition improved greatly. Now, after several months, I feel GREAT!! Almost as good as I did back in the 70's lol! Also, I think that marijuana should be legal for all people. Sure it helps in medical conditions, it is also a great recreational condiment for a great time...much safer than alcohol...by far! I look forward to getting to know all of you, and I am seeking to join certain groups. -T
