As long as you use the ignore function, there are loads of helpful members here and a ton of knowledge, it's a just a matter of deciding what is legit and what's stoner-science.
Clones are usually a safer option as flowering can cause a plant's hormonal system to go a little out of whack - saw a guy on here recently had a male (probably a herm tbh) turn female when revegging. It looks like you're growing outside? The best option would probably be to time when you plant seeds a little better, seasonally, so that it's a nice size when winter comes.
