While there are good strains that originate there, and Dutch breeders do visit to score breeding stock.... that doesn't mean it grows wild. OR that the wild stuff would be the best genetic material. It may not be different than scoring good seed in the wilds of California's Emerald Triangle... obviously, you don't want to be wandering into a guerrilla growers garden.

Attitude seeds mite send there!! but Gypsy Nirvana Seed Boutique would most likely send there. for GNSB i use a pre-paid Green Dot Master Card. and within 7-10 days i get my order you can always send both seed banks a message asking them if the do ship there and they will let you no.
like others said why not try to find some Thai Landrace seeds. even if you do not want to grow out a long flowering Sativa there is someone out there who will and will trade you some nice strains just to get the pure Thai strains
also are you saying you never smoke bud in your life? if so you are missing out you should at least be able to buy a bag of weed there. and the seeds in the bag would make a great P1 parent to use in hybrid crosses.

And some thing i like to know. Which strain is good for beginner like me? I knew that thai plant is more ummmm some thing like more effect right?
some guy told me Big bud is good for stealth grow because its short strain.That why I wont to order but I'm so worry about detection at the airport.

You might try going to an Apothecary.... while they might not have cannabis on hand.... they should know where to get some.
I think here in Thailand you can't go to ask apothecary or any person for cannabis.Except you know who smoke cannabis and they trust you that you won't tell police and then you may get answer or get some from them.
But I'll try to ask some one that he may help me find some seed first. and if not then I'll ordering from website.

I would suggest attitude first. (Not biased but just had very good experience with them) Fast and stealth shipping.
If you are nervous that it get detected at airport. Get their stealth method (T-Shirt) and you wont have any problem (you have a very low percentage to get it caught) If they find you re seeds, the company will resend you re order for free because you took their stealth shipping method.
Are you planning to grow outside or inside? What kind of climate is there in Thailand at this time of the year? This will help for suggesting you some strains.
What kind of budget you got? Do you plan to buy nutriments? If its indoor what kind of set up will you use? Hydroponic? Soil? If its you re first time and doing it indoor, i would suggest you to start in soil to get used to the plant and all the things she will need.

For your Q
I can grow it outdoor if the plant is not high. Thailand is in tropical zone, lot of sunlight temperature around 30-35C but may drop to 20C in November. For nutriments can I use vermicompost? To save cost I will plant in soil add some vermicompost from my worm farm.

Exactly.. They are likely to know someone who knows someone. Cannabis would be a lot milder, and not nearly as shady as half the stuff they sell in the open.
I saw a place like this in South Korea, and I doubt its much different anywhere you go in Asia. I wouldn't be surprised if you could find it in the open market somewhere.... just pay attention and see which vendors are giving bribes to the police.
