Hi Need Some Advice Please

Friend of mine gave me this small led board, there is no specs on it.

25cm square
3cm height

Is it any good for veg/flowering cause i ain't got a clue! Any help is appreciated

Take a pic of the driver ratings. That will give us and idea of what it can do.

Driver Rating there is zero specs on it at all.

Then grow with it and see what it can do. If there's no labeling or spec whatsoever then it'll make it really hard to identify.
