There are more than a couple of times where he gets flat ignored. I think they might be hearing him in baby talk. like if he says something angry then they just respond to the baby being angry not nesessarily the words he is saying.

Then again I know people actually respond to the words that he says.

yeah man. i think once the show got canceled and came back they made it purely for stoners haha. there are way too many things that make you wonder lol

Dude, in "Love Blactually" (the 1st episode of the new season) there's a part where Brian and Stewie talk about this. Haha they say most people get the jist of what Stewie is saying but never fully understand him, Brian is the only person who fully understands what Stewie is saying.

ive seen an episode too where theres a family at the end who have been watching and they ask each other if anyone can understand the baby or not

Yeah. I have a better question: What breed of dog is Brian? There's an episode where Stewie mentions something about greyhounds being killed and Brian replies by saying, "Hey that was like the holocaust to us." He doesn't even look like a Greyhound.

My bro asked me this question a couple days ago, I want to figure it out haha.

Just like different races of people, making it look like diefrferent races of dogs. The greyhounds are jewish, brian is not, he's probably gereman/english.
