my ph in my soil pots are reading 7.0 and i was wondering if i watered with nutrients at 6.0 will it bring my ph down to 6.5 ?

Short answer is YES. You could always add 1 mL of vinegar to every gallon, to bring it down. I have 8.5 from the brita at the tap and I add 2 mL and it brings it to 6.5 within an hour.

I grow in soil... but the pH is just testing the water I use... not drainage pH.

i grow in soil too im talkin bout the probe u stick in soil to check the acid level if its sayn soil is alkaline at 7.0
