High School, College, etc. Help

Alright, so at my high school, the school reports you to the police if you get caught with drugs. So,

1) if the school heard you had used weed 5 months ago or think you had used weed 5 months ago, can they still discipline you? Also,

2) does this go on a permanent record, and if so,

3) is there a way of getting it removed?
I'm especially concerned for later in my life, but

4) do colleges often ask if you have been suspended and if so, do they

5) ever accept people who have gotten in trouble with LEO for weed (and I mean decent schools, like top 150 schools in the country).

Lotta questions, I would really appreciate any answers because this has really bothered me for awhile. Thanks mucho. Peace.

YOu have to remember that its not illegal to be high or smoke pot. its illegal to posess it. So they need to catch you with it in your hand. Also when you apply for colleges they do not look at your highschool disciplinary record they only look at transcripts and rec letters. so nothing to worry about there.
Some of the top schools will still accept you with a small posession charge its more dependant on your GPA in highschool and extracurricular's. But like i said its not illegal for you to have smoked pot its only illegal if you get caught ;) with it in your hand. SO IMO fuck the BOE and anything they have to say about the use of chron diggity giggity:mrgreen:

nothing in high school really matters.

my friend was the big biggest dealer in my school and he's currently a senior at Princeton. maybe your school's different, but my h.s. was a really good school, graduates goin to ivy leagues, and half the kids would be stoned at school on a regular basis. I live in a hippie haven though, so take that fwiw.
