HLG 600R in a 3x3x6 tent?

Hey all, looking to move from 4x Autocobs in a 3x3 to a HLG 600R. The specs (26" x 21.5" x 2.75") looks like it should fit in there physically, but wanted to see if there are any drawbacks or issues that I should be thinking of. I'm already in 3 weeks of flower with my Blueberry Skunk - the pendant lights are nice but I'm ready to step up to a larger light. Are there any issues that anybody can see with me putting this light in a 3x3?

Thank you in advance!

Thank you - any suggestions on a light that wouldn't be overkill? I just don't want to buy another tent lol, but I guess I could here in the near future. A Nextlight Core Pro 210 maybe?

I run a 600r in a 3x4x6 and during hotter months its almost impossible to run %100 (usually around %60-70). Had to upgrade my vent systems twice.... The lights a beast! I would probably recomend something smaller like suggested above. Grows killer buds though!

You can get by with 450 watts in that space and yield fantastic results. I dont have HLG lights but i hear good things about them. But yeah in general a 3x3 needs 450 actual watts. I agree that using the dimmer down a 1/4 so maybe 7.5 out of ten to start at around 30 inches in vegetation, and adjust the dimmer if they show stress or stretch.

Tbh I think you can easily run a 3x3 with a 320 driver. Even 450 is too much, especially if you have limited height (most 3x3 don't give 7-8ft height).
The 350R has better boards with higher diode count and if you're getting the upgraded diablo Evo boards there is also an improvement in spectrum.
