Holy Cr*p! My lights went out & need advice ASAP. Lots of Pics

Hi,
I have a 5 plants (Bubblegummer, Arjan's Strawberry Haze, Red Diesel, Sharksbreath and Mystery Plant) growing in a 4'x4'x9' tent. Have 4 lights: 1 - 400 w hps, 3 - 150 w hps. I at about 5.5 weeks into flowering. All organic grow.

I was out for about 2 1/2 hours today; the lights were on when I left, when I came back I realized that my $80 surge protector that is supposed to have battery back up went out and everything was off.

What is the impact going to be on my babies and what can I do (if anything) to help them? (Do I sound panicked? That's because I am!)

If it was during the 12/12 light cycle there will be now Ill effects. Now if it was their dark cycle and you turned the lights on thats when you worry. So what time did it happen?
 
They are on 12/12 flowering. The lights come on at 7AM and off at 7PM. The lights went out sometime around 3PM (guessing) and I got back around 4:30PM and turned them back on. Am I okay?
 
Whew! Thanks for the input. I feel better. I had something similar happen last year with my first grow (though I am pretty sure it was a timer screw up) in the dark cycle and while the results - yield and high - were good, I had a lot of seeds. Hopefully this was a one time glitch and they'll sail through. They are looking pretty good so far, but the tent that looked so big in the store is seeming very small now.
