home remedy for cal/mag?

never had a calcium deficiency before? any home remedy to help improve the deficiency until i can buy a commercial one? thx

Molasses can give you some of both. Get blackstrap molasses at most groceries. it helps your flora of bacteria also. Use between 1 tsp to 1 Tbsp per gallon

Do not use milk it's not a good idea and lime juice is just gonna throw your ph off. Most of the time it's a mag issue not cal which is why I suggest Epsom salts. It's a mag supplement and may even have some at your place already

Some pics would be perfect at this point....but ya "Epsom salts" is the "Mag"....mix about a half teaspoon with a gallon of tap water that has set out for 24 hours and water..
