We are talking about manufacturers in a food sense atm, so I think it worked.

Well the angle was recourse, as in, not wanting to participate in something where there was no recourse, that the other party was exempt. I think there are lots of other things we participate in that have no recourse, which presents a conflict of, why are we okay with some activities with no recourse, but not others?
