Homemade active carbon filter question

Made home made one. Lost about 70% air flow in exuast. Exuast feels kinda warm after 20 mins but not hot... Think it will be ok?

Where is the carbon filter? Is that it over the end of the duct? I dont think that will really stop much smell.

I don't know your situation but, have you thought about ONA Gel? That stuff is awesome, I know of a few large commercial op's who would never be without buckets of that stuff.

It's inside the duct
Used close to 7 oz of carbon

How big is your grow space? If its really small, it might help a little. Is that your only odor control? If you grow a stinky variety, i'm sure it will over power it.

You said your fan lost a lot of power? Thats because its stuffed in duct and reducing suction a lot.

I made a second one. Used less carbon and more reg air filter. Maby at 40% loss now.. And it's just a cabinet with 5 plants just bag seeds. I'm sure 2/3 will be males any way. Flowering start tm. It should be ok as long as it don't brg the temp up to much
