Homemade grow box questions

Hey everyone, this is my first post here and just though I'd say that I'm looking forward to my stay kiss-asslol.

Anyways, I am in the brainstorming phase of growing. First i'll start off by listing what I have:

-Large Tupperware container to serve as growing box (2ftx2ftx2ft, probably bigger)
-Medium sized fan about 6-7in. diameter
-Homemade CO2 generator (made with tubing from fish supplies - to follow)
A variety of fish supplies I stumbled upon in my attic including:
-Tubing (5mm diameter, very long)
-EverClear filter pouch
-EverClear phase 2 active carbon

Heres what I want to do, please tell me what is right/wrong:
-Make a carbon filter by taking the active carbon and putting it in the wool-like fiber EverClear filter pouch. Then I will attach this to a pipe about 2in. in diameter (fits perfectly) and attach to a hole in my grow box.

Question: Will I put the fan on the inside of the grow box, blowing air out to the filter - or should I have it suck out on the outside of the box.

-Next, I will take a homemade CO2 generator (thanks little youtube kid) and have it pump CO2 into my box. Sound good? Where should I place the CO2 output?


Now, I have a problem with lighting - What do I use? It's my first grow and I'm not looking for a huge yield. What is the best option for me? I do not want a big increase in energy consumption. Can i use those energy saver bulbs? Suggestions?

EDIT: I knew I'd forget something, heres something else I plan on doing:
-Insulating the box with foam walls and then tin foil for light reflection
-Hotblanket under the growing medium

Anyone have answers to any of my questions? Sorry for double posting, but I need to plant my sprouts soon before they die.

Oh and its haze BTW

blow the stank out the filter the fan will suck the co2 out o and yea the cfls will work aka energy savers and no tin foil it will make hot spots and like 6 of those bulbs and i think thats it did i miss anything??

Ok cool great, few little questions:
-Can I use mirrors
instead of tin foil, or are white walls my best bet?
-How many plants could I fit in here (Sativa/Haze) I was thinking 1-3. How does this influence the # of bulbs I need? Like bulbs per plant?

get ready for a lot of bending down if your growing a sativa in a 2 foot tall grow box. Good luck man you're gonna need it. White walls is better than mirrors. I would use a bigger box though for sure

mirrors are pretty much as bad as foill.... paint the walls

Your better off just going down to your local home improvement warehouse, and getting some lumber to build something much bigger.

2X2X2 is not a grow room, it's a resevoir for my nutrient.
