Honey instead of Molasses?

hello, i know a lot of people use molasses during flowering to increase bud size and resin.

plants alrdy use sugars as energy, so i guess the molasses helps with budding, some how.

i am wondering if honey could also be used, and what the differences might be.

and of course if anyone has ever used any other type of sugar, such as honey, please let us know what your experience was.

honey is very good for the human body, much better then most other sugars.

thanks

I read somewhere that you can use honey but it must pe pasteurized because the honey will kill the micro organisms in the roots
I think honey cost more also

Just a footnote: Honey is the only food that doesn't spoil.

(might be food for thought. Might not break down enough. just thinking out loud)

Molasses is just a crude by-product of sugar refining, but it has all the "good stuff" in it! It's much more than just the carbo-hydrates (sugars) that are contained in other products. I don't understand why people want to use "molasses substitutes" that cost more and perform worse? Just my $.02!
