Hey guys, just looking for an advice available on my most recent experiment. I'm 12 weeks into flower with a high percentage sativa, she's had her problems with pests etc n she's really been through the mill but hey she's pulled through n she's pushing some lovely buds. She's been getting flushed with just water for the last week or so but in the last three days I've started giving her pure honey dissolved in the water and also prebiotic powder with a multivitamin (ment for human consumption) n boy has she reacted to it. She's started Pilling more weight onto her buds n she seems to be creating even more trichomes :) infact her buds have actually now started to foxtail which should mean even more weight :) . Has anybody else out there done anything similar with their plants and do yous have any tips to pass on?..not sure if I should continue this procedure or if ill need to flush again. Any advice appreciated. Thanks guys.

Bump!
My theory is that honey is made from the flowers and it seems totally logical to use it for the flowering. Since it's also nature this can't do any bad. If all goes well I'm about to try this in a few weeks. (Leaving out multivitamines though, this seems too artificial. Trying to grow as natural as possible.)

Has anybody else thoughts on/experience with the honey?

I use blackstrap molasses. Careful not to top dress, mis with water and feed, or you're going to have issues with mold and the smell of rotten sugar.

Honey has antibacterial/antioxidant properties as well. I read you can clone with honey. Not necessarily a rooting hormone but helps seal the plant "wound" and protects the cuttings from infections.

I have been giving a mix of honey and molasses this grow it has been doing great.
