A blend of bark grades with added sphagnum peat and perlite. This is a good medium for those who tend to let the plants dry out a bit too often! The peat content will hold the moisture whilst the bark and perlite keep it open and free draining. If you're heavy handed with thw watering can then this is probably not for you and you may want to consider plain bark of the appropriate grade. .
