Eh, I cared. But only because I was told it was because I 'wouldn't be a good mod'. Not because I hadn't been one. I just couldn't wrap my head around how I could be demodded for something I had yet to do.

Neither did I, I at first believed that outside of my section my responsibility was negligible. In the Staff Section the new mod post said that we should conduct ourselves as we did before we were mods, while not conducting mod business. So I did. Not very fair or professional to retract your decision based upon something you already knew.
