I've never been scared from a movie. I don't have a fear response.

i don't much care for horror. it's usually more gross than scary, and even the "scary" stuff is usually just a combination of suspenseful music and startling the audience with something gross. very few of these movies are capable of making me "feel" anything besides screwed out of 13 bucks.

when i go to the theater there's always some dramatic screaming bitch 2 rows behind me that's WAY too into the movie and freaks out about every fart and cough. it's just not a good time.

I watch em at home. They don't scare me, but I like the gore. I love watching people get hacked up.

Heh, what sucker pays money to got to the cinema? If they're not gonna give me a voucher for a opy of the film, i'm not gonna pay their extortionate fees. you pay $13, we pay near £13. I pirate for a reason, they are greedy cunts

As you say though, gore films are not horror films.

I pay to go to the cinema on occasion. I'm not happy about it, but whatever. It's only about $9 here though. And I have pirated enough over the years that I know I am way ahead of the game, even occasionally paying extortion prices.

I consider it like anything pay for, if i'm not happy i want a refund, if they won't give me a refund i'll find another means

Until they find an easier and cheaper way to get me movies, I'll continue to download them. If life has taught us anything its that you have to adapt to the variables in the game. If you don't someone else will. I can't help it that they got beat at their own game.

Haha indeed. In the UK, the happily broadcast regular tv all over the country without any form of enryption etc etc, that is to say that if you plug an aerial into your tv, you can watch tv. They then hire people to go around knocking on doors, buy specialist monitoring equipment, try and take people to court, all because they are silly enough to be incapable of creating an encrypted/protected system. Sky, internet, phones, water, gas, electricity, most things you can think of, if you don't pay, they don't give you the option to use the service anyway. It's very entertaining opening the door to one of these people who start asking about your house and tv and such and how pissed off when you tell them it's none of their business muppets.
