You have improved a lot over the last 2 yrs. I remember less than 2 yrs ago I started to grow too and I sucked too. I am better now, but I wont call myself a good grower yet.
Yea its crazy how much you improve though. Im almost embarrassed by this first journal lol

Haha dont be, just shows how much you learned in such a short time. I asked all kinds of dumb questions (and still do) used to be nobody even wanted to answer them either lol.

On the nutrient tip, GH has powdered nutrients. Maxi series is powdered. It's way cheaper to buy your nutes dry. I add a trace nutrient every other watering. Saves a lot of money. Also realize that the cloner might have used organic soil. There may be a transition in progress from organics to mineral. Start nutes at 1/4 strength and water until it's pouring out the bottom. I think when sauce said "Cool tubes" he's reffering to the Kelvin. When you heat up a brick of carbon, it begins to glow a deep red. As you heat it up, it slowly gets whiter and whiter. So a low Kelvin number is going to be red. A higher number denotes white, or "Blue".

I use the powdered GH Maxi line as well. I think it is good, but I will be flushing more often in the future than I have been. I might actually use a flushing solution.
What do you use as a trace nutrient?

Golden Grow Micro-Gold. They went out of business, and I got a bunch on discount. I'll probably go to Supernatural when I'm out, because it includes most traces. The post was in response an old response, hence the Duuuuuhhhh. I was stoned as hell, apparently.
