House & Garden - in Sunshine Mix or Coco

I have heard that when using a soilless mix and House & Garden nutes (and other nutes) you should use the Soil version, not the Cocos or the Aqua Flakes etc.

Any of you found this to be the case?

If you are using Sunshine Mix use nutrients for soil it has dolomite lime in it to provide an organic source of calcium to the plants. While coco has no dolomite lime and requires more calcium in your liquid nutrients for proper growth
