Does anyone know if you have to register your address with anyone to legally grow and provide for a dispensary in Washington state?

thanks for the post! i read through rcw 69.51a and it said nothing about registering but luckily our friend is one of the lawyers here in washington trying to get it legalized in november so he was able to answer all my legal questions.
