Just wondering if anyone knows how accurate the fowering time it states on a pack is? When it says 8 weeks flowering is that the MINIMUM time or just an approximation?

It means 8 weeks if you have the ideal setup and there are no problems. That number comes from the breeder or whatever, and that is what they say it can be done in. Results will vary. Dont get into the habit of letting time control what you do and when you do it growing these.

truth of the matter is, time doesnt exist! its only a measurement of relevance we created to document and ration our existence

The actual truth is that "Time" is a component of a measuring system used to sequence all events you could ever wish measure, to compare the durations of events and the intervals between them, and to quantify the motions of objects.
One point of view is that time is part of the fundamental structure of the universe, a dimension in which events occur in sequence.
The opposing view is that time does not refer to any kind of "container" that events and objects "move through", nor to any entity that "flows", but that it is instead part of a fundamental intellectual structure (together with space and number) within which humans sequence and compare events.
