It is very unlikely that your plant was pollinated unless you have a male plant nearby, which you don't appear to have or if your plant is a hermy. But you would know your plant was a hermy because the preflowers would show male and female preflowers. I've grown a couple of plants where the pistils turned red almost immediately after the preflowers and pistils showed, still got great bud! I wouldn't worry about it...just keep doing what your doing. And I know a couple of people suggested giving more nitrogen, but you want to be careful about over fertilizing because that can actually be worse for your plant than under fertilizing and literally kill it. Also, if you are in the flowering stage your plant will want more phosphorus because that builds the buds, while nitrogen establishes and maintains the roots and leaves. Your plant will naturally pull nitrogen from other parts during the flowering phase.
