The spots could also be nothing more than a specific nutrient defiency. With a little looking you can find what symptoms occur from a specific nutrient defiency. I am also on my first grow and had the same spots show up here and there. They can be cleared up fairly easy. Heat spots also look very similar. What type of tempatures are you keeping? Please seek info from more experienced growers as I dont want to misinform. Just tryin to help. I hope.

I am growing in the northeast outdoors so I don't have control over the temperatures but it gets about 80F at the hottest now and I appreciate the help.

it doesnt look fungal or anything, so keep them on. if they're green, they're photosynthesising.

I'm sure he thought of that, not much help w/out SPECIFIC info, I doubt it's heat, I've had the same happen in my veg spot, n i use 2 23w cfls....

Their in a 1 gallon pot?? Transplant to bigger pot..I bet you it's rootbound which is causing the spots/disscoloration an will stunt em.
My guess is female.

I will transplant to a bigger pot when they show their sexes any estimate on how much longer till I can sex them with the pre flowers??
