Those look really stretched, also, they seem to be leaning towards the LEDs. May be worth using the LED panel over top of your plants, and skip out on the CFLs for now.
LEDs don't really get hot, and can be kept as little as an inch away from the foliage on your seedlings there. That should stop the stretching, and will give you stockier, shorter plants too.
Check out my journal if you'd like, I am using CFLs, and my babies are 8 days old too. They seem much bigger than yours are at the moment (leaf development) but are still really short and as straight as a pin too.
I built a grow room out of a card board box. Cost me next to nothing
The other thing that I do have on my setup is a CO2 distributor (home made too) think this speeds up growth
