How are my girls looking at 4 weeks into flower????

Flipped to 12/12 on 3/18 so a month and a week or so. Took about 10-13 days for them to show sex. So at about a month into full flowering how are they looking? There mainly on CFL's but I do get them out into the sun whenever possible. I am fleeting some fox farm bloom and some veg+bloom with tap water. Topped both plants and tying down daily. ....first four pics are first plant second 4 are girl #2.... And advice or tips???

They are good, any plant at week 4 of flowering still with green leaves top to bottom is a healthy plant and you should get the max weight.

Yeah I know I had to due to restricted space and using cfls the smaller and bushier the more light I can get to it. I was thinking that basically still have 6+ weeks to go I should have some nice sized colas that are controlled in size and room. Its only my first time topping and tying down and its made an incredible difference in tops and bud sites .
