Autoflowers hate to get rootbound.they dont know space can get bigger soo whrn they fill that cup they will foeget to grow anymore and start flowering

When do you count from? As soon as you plant 2 weeks from then? Or right after germ? Right when it sprouts ? Or

When it sprouts but she sprouts in 2 days
