how are they looking?

hey peepz please hav a look at my blue cheese tell me what you think.

they are coming up to 1 month from seeds now I am not to sure when to put into flowering room but i think i have to wait another 3-4 weeks?
they are going a bit light green and im not too sure why i havent fed them nuts for around 2 weeks just becuase i had bad experience over feeding my previous attempt.

I did start putting gnat off in my watering about one week ago now but not to sure if that would affect the growth....

but anyway please give me advise and anything i should look out for?

Will i always be up against spidermites?

and is it bad to spray neem oil mix on leaves all the time?

also do you reckon i should give the plants a feed now?

looks ok....Kinda small for a month. What lights are you using??? I would start feeding 1/4 strength/gallon once a week...

The yellowing doesn't look right. It looks to me like a sulfur deficiency.

im using 250 hps maybe 2 1/2 ft away from them.

i though sulphur defciency happens when it builds up?
