I dont get why I see some people have the trellis but just let there plants grow thru it without bending and using it the way you supposed to. I guess some people just use trellisnas support that's wut I have been told

I had a trellis I used to bent and weave the plants through but had to cut it a little bit ago in order to move my plants out and sanitize the tent. I had some spilled water I didnt want sitting around. That pics a little dated but now theyre w another higher trellis for stretch.

What lights is everyone running? Atm I got a v1200 viparspectra and a v600 viparspectra. This is my first personal indoor grow I have done lots of outdoor grows and helped friends with there indoor grows. I did lots of research and found for the price I paid my lights work good. I am gonna be upgrading in the next couple of days to either the HLG 550 rspec or Series 3+ red spec 500w dimmable from Budget Grow Lights (Budgetled). What's everyones thoughts on these two lights? My friend who been growing 30+yrs recommended the hlg550 r spec so I know it's really good but I found this other one for about 350 less. I cant decide looking for some opinions! First 3 pics are hlg 550r spec last 3 are the series 3+ red spec 500w from budget grow lights.

I am running a 1000 watt metal hallide on a 1000 watt ballast, white hexagonal shade.
