OP see how your hairs aren’t curling in the pic? That’s what you need to wait for 95% need be curled in and brown. What you will see is the calyx to swell and almost swallow the hair. You can see on the top of the bud those hairs are turning brown and curling. But you also see the white ones NOT curling. It’s not done
