How big of a intake/exhaust fan do I need for this 5×5×8 tent

Got my babies going under a high output t5 florescent. 1 Jack herer, 2 golden lemons, 2 nebulas, 1 blueberry, 1 white widow. How do I go about setting up my intake/outtake fans. I was informed the air needs to be completely exchanged every 15 mins. That light is very far from the plants IMHO

I have a 4' x 4' x 7.5' running a EZI Air 6" with a 6" x 20" Mountain Air Filter on a variac for exhaust. For intake I run a on a 4" Hurricane on a variac. There is also a monkey fan above the canopy. I have a 315 cmh Hydrofarm remote ballast with a 4k bulb for veg. I would think you will be going to a bigger light eventually. I used to run a 4" Hurricane with a 4" x 16" Mountain Air and she struggled with temps and smell in the summer even with a/c on.
