How can I get a big yield

Everyone is telling that I shud only plant a few under 400 watt hps here's my plan I got a bunch of big bud x white widow for a good yeilding strain I get a good reflector if I toped super croped and lst 24 hour light and veg for one and half months someone please tell me I can expect morethan 1.5 Oz per plant if I was looking to upwards of a qp to HP how long would I have to veg

Do 3-4 plants. Veg for 1.5 to 2 months. You should yield atleast 4 oz per
of course your yield is dependant on your skills. But the above target shouldnt be hard to achieve.

O how far away shud I keep this light

I have 1 ww x bb (along w 5 other plants, various strains). I vegged for 5 weeks. They are about 1 week from finishing. From experience i can say i will easily yield 3 oz off of the bb x ww alone. I did not do any training/lst/super cropping of her at all. She grew one massive cola, and 2 really nice side branches. The main cola is nearly the size of a 2 liter pop bottle!!!

You should do the hand test to tell how close to keep the light. Hold your hand out at the top of your plant. Keep it there for a min and if YOU feel any discomfort, then your plant will too. My light is around 6"-8" away from the top of the plants.
