How can I hang my ballast?

Hello I have a 400 watt hps ballast, with a mogul. It is only a mogul, there is no reflector or anything attached to it. Do you guys have any ideas on how I can hang this on top of my plants from the ceiling?

Since no body else responded I will offer this. IF a proper hood is not possible then just attach the cord to a U nail or even a zip cord to a sturdy nail or whatever. Then you can slide the light up and down, only thing is the bulb would sit vertically and personnaly I prefer horizontal.
