Where did you see that ISH272R board doesn't require a heatsink? I'm pretty sure that board needs one if it's run at anything but very low wattage, unlike the less densely populated ISH120 and ISH150 boards which don't require a heatsink under most conditions.

You will need a plug for the AC side or a power cord and a water resistant connector will work. You'll need some wire for the DC side and Wago 221 series are a common choice for connectors. You can then make a frame for the boards (or boards + heatsinks) with aluminum angle or you can hang them individually.
