How can you tell?

I was just wondering how you can tell good weed from bad weed. Like if your were going to buy it? I cant tell little differences but if i was to see shwag and like purple haze i can tell. Just give me some like examples like the smell and look of it. Does better weed look greener? Does it smell stronger?

You dont know till ya smoke it (any GOOD dealer should offer to puff you out anyway) but ive seen weed that "looks" killer be bullshit and ive had some mershy ass looking shit be some of the best weed ive had to this day. usually pot that looks and smells (smell more important imo)good will be good

again have to agree with frosty on this one. I've had some of the worst lookin' crap in the world that took me to the moon and primo double priced crap that wasn't worth the bag it was in. Frosty is right that smell is important, but you obviously know the visual cues. If you don't see any glands or "buds" and it looks leafy, you should take a test drive. Although they suck, get in the way, and bring down your count, stuff that is on a stem is a good indicator your not just getting ground leaves. But you sound like you already know this shit, so I'm gonna stop ramblin' now.....
