How long has she been flowering? Most Indicas are ready after 9 weeks of flowering, check your trichs

Shes in her sixth week of flower, idk what her strain is though

It still has to swell up and hairs will start changing few weeks for sure

yeah so 3-4 weeks say. if this is first grow you will be tempted try to be patient
