I need to change my avatar later and I'm planning on putting up a really fun picture of this whore I used to hang out with.

I stopped laying with dogs for fear of picking up fleas a while back luckily. I recently found out that she messaged MY EX TO GO FOR A COFFEE. Wait til I see her!

Lol I don't know even think I'm ever of sound mind. And I'm serious. I hate to think that I need "meds" (pill kind) but I'm pretty sure therapist would prescribe me something.

That being said

Every single day , every morning 5:30 am. Not the first thing I do. I get ready and soon as I'm out the door. Bowl after bowl. Like the plague. Been doing it like that for 3 years. I can work easily. Have down to a science.

Then I don't smoke until I'm off work. Never fails. Then spaordicaly as needed through out the day or when I can.

If the kid has a baseball game or practice then I toke light weight.

It really helps slow my roll. My thought process is always Rollin to fast , to tense.

But not after a nice smoke

Yup right there. Except I don't workout like I used too. I used to do 4 hrs a day. Now it's just cardio - and that's cause I'm always at the park with my son.

I got comfortable AF. But I can hold my own...

I'm starting with low weights. No pull ups or 25kg Dumbbells.

She's made herself look silly. She got blanked! He'd never meet a girl like that, more so because we used to be friends and he has loyalty towards me. I've got his back too.

well enjoy the gym lahada, im on that train as well. gonna do a few arnold dumbbell presses ina bit outdoors in the sunshine. / sounds like your gf was hopeful, or just wierd, didn't know u were so close with your ex., that's nice! / seen x's hook w mutual friends, get married and have children. it's not a matter of loyalty* in all situations. may complicate but only for a second, 'friends' r often how ppl meat

I usually don't smoke until early evening, when most of my work is done. I'll smoke one bowl before music practice, practicing is so monotonous and tedious while sober, much more interesting baked. I don't like to be high early unless its a lazy day with no work ahead, and I don't like being high while reading or studying as it's difficult to understand or retain anything. I smoke about 2 or 3 bowls per day, and am most high right before I go to sleep...
