how cool is vancouver?

just wonderin how cool vancouver is, ive heard the statement vancouverdam but what exactly makes it like that? do they allow bud smokage and growing?

I myself don't live there, but as far as i know, smoking and growing pot is Illegal all across canada. They have great bud though!

is the medicinal laws better or somthin? how come there are so many hydro shops and seedbanks there?

I don't think the laws would be "better" but you've probably herd of Vancouver being called Vancouverdam because of their BC bud. Aside from that im not too sure, they do get a fair amount of rain in the summer months which may contribute to the amount of people who grow hence the name?
