I have a drying room with about the same atmoshpere and I honestly only run my fan until the outside of the buds start to feel a bit dry. I use my fan just to exhaust the moisture out of the room and on the first day I use a high setting, then I decrease the speed over the next few days. Whatever you do don't blow the air directly on the buds. I hang my buds high and my fan stays low on the ground. I keep a thermometer/hygrometer in the room and monitor my buds daily. At 65 degrees as long as your humidity doesn't rise, you don't have a huge chance of mold. Not saying it can't happen, it just isn't a favorable condition for mold. The biggest thing to keep in mind is that the air is mostly to control the atmosphere and not actually dry the buds. sorry if i am confusing, im a little ripped. lol. hope this helps.
