How do i fill this bong? WTF

hi Rollituo, recently i broke my old bong :( and upgraded to this bad boy http://imgur.com/a/1iyep but i have no clue on how to fill it! either it pulls to hard (too much water?) or it feels like its pulling air... please help


the only things i know are the following
the bottom is a 24 arm tree perc
I have no clue what that 2nd top chamber is

Thats one of them bongs you gotta take to the head shop to get filled up and clean.
Its kinda shit but from a business stand point is pretty smart... hope you can find a good price for your bong servicing. You should have paid the extra 29,99 it usually costs to get a years worth of servicing.

Whaaaaa? I'm pretty sure I can figure out watwr balancing myself and I already clean it mysel lol. I've never heard of bong servicing

Go to the nearest shop near you and just ask the guy about their bong servicing deals. Most places let you bring your bong like once a week to get cleaned and filled up, bear in mind not all shops do that....

Reminds me of my kid, he orders bulk bongs from china for likt 15 each then trades them for xboxes and all kinds of cool
expensive shit on craigslist.
But there are always a few wonkey bongs in the shipment, like no internal air holes or an oval
mouthpiece. Maybe you just got one that would be considered a factory second and it got sold anyway.
Or its just a poor design.
