How do I get better shipping on seedsman

For some reason when I go to order from Seedsman I can only get the very worst shipping as it doesn’t come up with any other options I would like to know if this is normal or not as there are some seeds which do take my interest which I would like to order
 
If they dont give you other options, it's likely because that is all that's available in your area... but if you email seedsman they may be able to help answer it definitively
 
Always looking at close to a month on shipping to USA. I got a few different options when I ordered though. Mainly just them taking the seeds out of original packaging
