One of my plants started dieing after low stress training, after 2 hours it shriveled and curves so i took the wires out reason Is not from over watering or under. The lower leaves looks ok but the main top leaves are looking horrible. So i took it in and had it near a window and the next day, nothing wat should i do? My other plants are doing good just that one plant. I think i bend it too hard, the stem didnt snap though.

heres a pic

you probably messed up the root structure when you bent it.

try not to disturb the roots as much as possible.

you are probably right on that but man it amazes me how fast it did that like literally under 2 hours.

happens to the best of us man.

the younger they are the faster they show symptoms of any kind of stress i tend to notice

Holy shit another plant did that, it is root damage! Cuz i look at the rock wool and the stem moved to the point thier is like a hole on the rock wool. How long will it recover?

i dont know, sometimes this happens to me with jiffy plugs, because they fit loosely in rockwool, so if i move them abruptly this will break the roots inside that connects the jiffy plug to the rockwool.
i have an abundance of clones, so if this happens to me i usually throw it out, but this hasnt happened to me for a while.

but i'm assuming if you were to keep it and not touch it anymore and keep feeding it on the regular schedule you had it on, maybe like a week. but its important that you not touch it as to not disturb the roots.

if you keep poking at it i say maybe like 3 weeks.
