How do i start seeds when doing aeroponic

I am going to be building an nft or aeroponic system for my newly built grow box. My biggest question is how do i start the seeds? do i put them in soil first and rinse or what

paper towel until sprouted then straight to neoprene inserts tail down.
or
I started using rapid rooters then into the inserts. They retain more water in the rooters and need less watering.

So after I sprout them in paper towels I put them into the rapid rooters, and once the roots come out the bottom, I can put them into the clay rocks in the aeroponic system?

NO NO NO
Either use rooters or paper towel, not both. Once seed is sprouted in paper towel it goes directly into the neoprene insert.

I am working on a NFT system too. My plan was to start em off in a DWC bubbler setup and then move em to NFT unit once the roots come out of the rockwool.

Ok. So I take the seed, place it into the roto rooter. I put the roto rooter into a tray with how much water?

Once that is done i put the sprouted plant along with its roto rooter into mesh pots and into the aeroponic rail system?
