how do i test my light?

i have a couple 750w lights that worked at the other house i was staying at but i can't seem to get them to turn on at the new house i moved into. i've tried 2 different lights in 110v and 220v plugs with a lumatek digital ballast and can't get the light to turn on. should i plug the ballast to the wall then the light to the ballast or the light to the ballast then the ballast to the wall. thanks for any and all help!

u need to plug light into ballast and then ballast into wall and when restarting u got to wait 5-10 minutes

i havent got a chance to try it out yet but im going to try as soon as i get home because i dont have enough room under my t5s for all my babies.

i tried it and still nothing. tomorrow morning i'm having an electrician install a breaker in my garage so i should be alright after that... unless my lights are broken.
