hey man i dont mean to bother you, i read the article and all and got the proper equipment to find the EC/ppm measurements. however my ppm and ec is still kinda low and im not sure what to do from here. should i up the nutrients?

also when i measure the runoff it has a lower EC

No reason to up the nutrients unless there is some kind of deficiency.
Over feeding is one of the biggest problems for beginners........less is best.
