I think this is just the plants opening up to the position of the lights, i have them at different angles and the leaves will spread out to get more

I guess but all the leaves looked droopy which happens to mine when they are thirsty, but time will tell.

i know and i hate to argue with you but when i rotate the plant or move the lights overhead they seem to perk right up.
