I set up investors a few years ago to be ready and waiting for when it goes completely legal in my area. One of my investors is connected really well with local politicians. Based on other areas (Colorado) 40k won't even scratch the surface. The security alone that is required will suck that 40k up like it is nothing. Keep in mind you are going to be housing millions of dollars in MJ products, plus without banking you will have a ton of on hand cash. 40k doesn't scratch the surface. Think more around 200k.
Holy salvaged plutonium !!! Indeed, it is a dream and CK and I are hoping to Live it !! I personally Love Anti-Depressive, motivational Sativas. Hoping to inspire a nice momentum with our little SSH x J.Herer project ! Here is a small indoor sample about 6 wks in. Cam doesn't capture the trichomes well but you get the idea :-) Going to go BIG outdoors this Summer. The Line up: Speed Haze, MK Ultra, Bubba Kush, Power kush, and Lemon Kush. Obviously, we LOVE Kushes !!!

Being from the state that has some of the strictest alcohol laws, I can tell you this. NJ municipalities get the number of liquor licenses from the state based on population. The towns put them up for bid, and the current going rate is around $500,000. That's just for a "shop," not "production" of alcohol. I feel the guys that got in on the ground floor were in the right place at the right time, but when 2016 comes around, politicians are not going to be satisfied with just a tax at point of sale. Especially local politicians. Grower? I don't think I'm out of line to say seven figures. Investors will fund the "right people." Not being negative, just living in the ole' USA in 2014.
