PH will effect a plants ability to absorb certain nutrients, if it is to high or to low, no matter the age...

you control your pH the same way you would in any outdoor garden. Lime is a good pH up, sulfur for a pH down. I grow everything organically, and test about once a month or if I see a problem arrizing. If it is off I top dress with one of the two items mentioned and water them in.

Slowly, your ph issue will get fixed.

I don't grow cannabis outside, but with my veggies and stuff I usually try and get all of this right months before planting. It's not always able to be done, but it is the preferred method.

I veg in door and i water my plants from a 1 gal bucket and i have set my PH lvl with up and down. But outside the water going into the plant will be straight from the tap through a drip system and i know the PH is near 8.0 if i dont add anything into it. How do i test it outdoor through the soil??

Let mother nature do it's job. Grow organically and don't worry about it like the other post said treat your soil .
