How do you Feed your plants?

ok so im growing 2 plants ones 4 weeks and the other is about 2 weeks old,


and im about to feed my 4 week old plant but i dont get the whole feeding and watering thing..can someone explain to me what that means?

im confused im thinking do you give your plant nutes then wait a day or two then give the plant straight water then next time the soil is dry?
OR
when you give your plants Nutes do you give them water right after you give them the nutes?

if anyone could answer this that would be great, sorry kinda a noby question but its better to be safe then sorry haha

what are you growing in and what nutes are you using if your using canna they have a great site with a grow guide that tells you exactly what to use and when to use it. i was going to use biobizz till i found that site and i changed my mind last minute its canna.com or canna-uk.com

i got a soil setup i never heard of "canna" how ever i was thinking about using Molasses like i said i Never Used nutes i just wanna know the basic on how to feed and when to water, ill check that out tho,

Rebs...there are a lot of areas on this site...Read up in the beginners section for a while. It is trial and error but it is lifelong journey to dial it in...Good luck
