How do you "Jerry Rig" a PC fan to run on AC?

How do you "Jerry Rig" a PC fan to run on AC? A free/cheap way ?

Im sure you pro's know about this but I just seen it while surfing the web. Its a dedicated Molex Power Supply that can run 5 fans it says.. I jsut thought it was cool.. Heres the link > http://www.coolerguys.com/840556029977.html
